Hilton Auto Transport--The ONLY Way To Go!

I am usually distrustful of on-line reviews, because one never knows who is blowing smoke about a transport company from one who reports honestly about their experience. I choose Hilton Auto Transport on the basis of the reviews of others posted on this site, as well as on the fact that Hilton offered the most competitive price quote of the top-recommended transport companies. I am happy to report that all those posted reviews were spot-on with regard to the high quality of service offered by Hilton!

Hilton provided me with outstanding and timely service and did so for a great price. I placed the order (#7845) on a Friday. Nicole from Hilton contacted me on the following Monday to inform me of the status of the vehicle pick-up and to go through the transport details. The vehicle was picked up the next day (Tuesday) in Buffalo and delivered to me two days later (Thursday) in Chicago. The vehicle was delivered in brand new condition without incident or damage.

The driver was extremely courteous throughout all communications with me about the transport. The transporter (LT Automoving) called me on Tuesday night to nail down the delivery window (Wednesday or Thursday ) that best accommodated my schedule. The transporter used a three vehicle open trailer and loaded the new Nissan as the last vehicle on the trailer, thereby providing the vehicle good protection from the elements. The use of smaller open trailer transporters undoubtedly contributed to the extraordinary delivery service that I received. I recommend that one makes an inquiry about the availability of such transporters.

Finally, Karie from Hilton followed up with me to inquire about my experience with the transport service, the driver’s communication with me, the delivery time line, and the condition of the vehicle.

From start to finish, Hilton Auto Transport offered professional service from order placement to delivery to follow-up. I heartedly recommend them and would certainly consider using their transport service in the future.
