when i called hilton, i was afraid we wouldn't be able to get a pickup in time (we needed the car picked up within a week of placing the order because the previous owners were going on vacation), and nichole stayed in touch with me and found a carrier within two days of placing the order. the car was picked up within a few days in california and made it cross country to new york in just 6 days! yes, the price wasn't exactly the cheapest ($1250), but it's worth it if you know your car is in good hands. hilton was reliable and had good customer service, and on the whole made the process quite easy. i would definitely recommend them to anyone.
