Having never shipped a car before, my husband and I didn't understand exactly how the whole process worked. At Honest Auto Movers, Mark and Don explained everything we needed to know up front. They are both very knowledgable about the entire trucking/shipping industry. Our daughter's car was picked up promptly, delivered BEFORE we thought it would be (which was great) and our truck driver, Melvin, was responsible and prompt as well as being just a really nice guy. I have to say that an experience that I thought might be a nightmare, turned out to be almost no trouble at all. We were alerted when the car was picked up, delivered, and had the driver's number if case we needed to call him (and we did... he answered every time). Honest Auto Movers also assured us that the driver would be calling us 24 hours out when picking up the car, and 24 hours out when delivering the car, which he did. The gentlemen at Honest Auto Movers are very professional, honest, reliable and friendly.....we would definitely use them again.
