In once single line all in the subject line. All she asked is she wanted two day pickup and deliver window apart from basic info like car details and source, destination.

Mine was pretty short notice and the couple of times my times changed from my manager and some times my personal reasons. Any time I contact her she never complains that some thing is fixed or you will be charged for this.. instead is was allways with me on whats my priorities dates, she keeps working and comes with me with good options aligning to my dates. And all with in two days windows at each end and 1 day of travel.

communication is excellent, over call, email you need not have to wait. I dont' know how she is managing, I would like to know..

Over all - I STRONGLY recomend this.
