The company was recommended by my local office in Ohio. The vehicle was picked-up four days after the scheduled pick-up date in August 2010. The vehicle was going from Ohio to a shipping port but it never made it to the port. Horizon did not do anything to track down where the vehicle was. My insurance company was the one that found the vehicle abandoned outside a shopping mall in Virginia. This was already the end of September. Horizon send to get the vehicle but was no longer there and again there was nothing they did to search for it. I received a letter from an impound company from Virginia in November that the vehicle has been there for more than 30 days and if not claimed it will be auctioned. I contacted Horizon to send for my vehicle and no longer deliver at the port but instead send it to Texas. I received the vehicle with no cosmetic damage but with 2475 EXTRA MILES! I did received all my money back but I asked for Horizon to pay for the extra miles and I received an email from Mardy Schweitzer saying that "We returned your car at our expense and refunded your money. That is as far as our liability extends."
