I looked for quite a while to find someone to transport my vehicle back to Florida. My grandson spun a bearing in the engine and I needed to get it back to Florida. I stumbled on Horizon quite by accident, while checking reviews of a LOT of companies and looking for quotes. Someone else had had a bad experience with another company and recommended Horizon. A few things I initially liked about them. First, it is a small company without massive phone banks and used-car type salesmen cutting each others throats to get the sale, telling you anything you want to hear. I called and spoke to Meghan, who was pleasant and helpful. We had great communication throughout the transaction. My initial call was on Tuesday. She had a truck scheduled for Wednesday, but we had some special circumstances on my end and we couldn't get it on the truck that day. On Thursday, she found a truck that was heading my way and convinced the trucker to pick up my vehicle on the way, good for all of us. The car left San Antonio Thursday evening and it arrived here in Central Florida today about 4PM (Saturday). If I knew vehicle shipping was that easy, I would have done it a long time ago. Of course, you have to have the right people to work with.
