Horizon was a provided very prompt and attentive service. Gregg was very helpful, answered all of my questions and acted quickly. This was my first auto transport experience, and I learned a lot about how this process works. There is a lot out of the control of the transport company (in this case, Horizon). Our truck was late in arriving, and the trucker did not bother to call anyone to let us know the status. I reached out to Gregg a couple of times to find out the status, and he responded right away and when he called me, he had already looked into things and had the best answer for me that he could provide. In trying to arrange the shipment, I had worked with another transport company, and did not experience good communication from them. Horizon was like night and day from that first transport company- prompt and very attentive, and always focused on providing excellent customer service. If I ever have to ship a car again, I will contact Horizon to help me through the process. Thank you Gregg and Horizon for making a confusing and challenging process a lot easier, and for guiding me through it.
