The experience was in the coordination and communication. Our vehicle was 5 hours away and we needed as soon as possible. Phil did a great job locating and coordinating the carrier to fit our needs. We were told when, how and the total cost of the project before the car was loaded.

The car was delivered as promised, the payment and invoicing were clean and the driver was very professional. We will look for Phil and Horizon when we need help again in the future.
