I have never shipped a vehicle before. Phil explained the process to me and made me aware of what to be wary of. (example: no deposits up front to reserve a slot). I needed it picked up in Florida on a particular weekend and delivered the following week in Texas. Phil wasn't sure we could make it happen, but he managed to find a carrier at the last minute and everything worked out as I had hoped.
