Lisa missed my ship date which ended up resulting in me having to scramble at the last minute to find an alternative, and rent a car for two weeks at the shipping destination while waiting for my vehicles to arrive – over $1,000 in extra incurred costs. I called Lisa over a month in advance to schedule this shipment. Lisa is very friendly and will pretend to be working hard for you, but the reality is that she cannot get the job done. Her favorite thing to say about shipping vehicles is that “it is not like ordering a pizza”. While this may be true, I was able to find a local company that was much more forthright and they got me scheduled in minutes.
