I listed my car with Hurst on May 20th. They still hadn't shipped it by July 11th so I asked for my deposit back. Initially told it would be issued within a week. Then told it would be two weeks, then 30 days. After 30 days I reported them to the BBB and their bonding company. If they owe you money you may find this information helpful. Patti made one contact to Hurst and my check was issued.

The owner stated that he hadn't been aware of the issue. I had left several messages for him and never received a response. While I finally got my deposit back, I wouldn't use this company again.
