Hello John, The whole issue started as when I send you the contract it said pick up Monday and deliver by next Wednesday the dates where specified in the contract, not sure how you thought it was pick up Monday deliver in 2 days which is impossible from FL to UT this guys are driving picking up cars and delivering them along the way. Then the driver called me saying that you call him a couldn't even talk to you as you kept insulting him. I tried calling you a got the same result. I remember you call and you insulted me the driver and several other brokers at the office. It is normal for the to driver to go on a different location to pick other cars. this are 10 car haulers. Second thing no one tampered with the battery and the onstar app has a backup battery so even with not battery it doesn't turn off. We offer to refund you deposit and the driver said he was going to take your car back to the pickup location on FL same day that we picked up and your Girlfriend called back (very polite lady) and said to keep it on the truck and please deliver the car. Again I do apologize we are here to help you and make sure everything goes perfect. One thing I can tell you is we always pick up the phone and help you address the issue in case something goes wrong. Thank Jay
