Hello Ashley, we do apologize but truck do break down, you money was refunded and we did found a carrier that wanted to pick this up with a 3 day delay. At that moment you only had one day late fees, after this you said you wanted to cancel, what happened after that and why you paid 300 on late fees is due to the other broker you had. I can add a copy of the refund but don't believe this is the right place to do so.
Sorry for any inconveniece but I was always up front and told you the truck that called on your order had a mechanical issue which I don't control. Thanks Jay
