Sorry we could meet you expectations, we did find a carrier to pick you up, it was two days late but you rejected this new carrier. Maybe it was due to miscommunication but the carrier was found was on it way to pick you up and you decided to cancel.
We do our best to coordinate between you and the carrier but on the road sometimes we do get delays.
