To be clear, I did not complete car shipment with I Move Auto. I Move Auto signed me up with an unreliable trucking company that strung me along for an entire week with excuses and lack of communication. When I finally circled back with I Move Auto to put pressure on the trucker, they again promised a pick-up date, which again fell through. I finally cancelled, loosing my deposit because I couldn't keep the person handing-off the vehicle on constant call waiting for a truck that never arrived and without any real and accurate updates..
