Not sure this is a real review, has no order number so I can verify what happened, sound like another broker trying to confuse people, I never charge anything until a carrier is assigned and the order is dispatched, Also we have more that 10 brokers waiting on phone calls from 8 eastern to 11 eastern so no picking up the phone is a lie.
If the carrier cancels and you car is not picked up the money is refunded with in 7 days that is our policy.
Not even sure how to block a number and we would never do this.
Again if this review had an order number I would be calling the client to resolve issue and give a refund as I do not charge or keep up money unless your car is picked up and delivered.
