I do apologize for the inconvenience.
Remember we are brokers and the carrier do not work directly for us on you case St George I Inc was the carrier company assigned to transport you vehicle.
We have been calling them to get updates and pass you the information.
We will not be using this carrier for future shipments.
I know thet when something goes wrong with the carrier we are responsible, but as far as answering the phone and helping we always do so.
