DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We recently had a car shipped out form New Jersey to Los Angeles and it was a terrible experience. The pick up was find, people showed up on time, inspected the care and took it away on a flat bed to the deporting center. From there the car sat for over a week, all the while we were being told that it would arrive on time and as scheduled. After confirming that it was never shipped out on time several days later a new shipment date was given. They were adamant they would contact us 24 hours prior to confirm the drop off time of day. It has been over 3 weeks now and my car has still not arrived. They have been awful at returning calls. When they do answer the phone they put you in touch with their driver who then doesn't return calls. Apparently the care is being delivered tomorrow (the 5th time I've been told this) but I doubt it. Do your research and go with a reputable company. I Move Auto is an embarrassment and shouldn't be in business. The other positive review must be from family members or employees themselves because this is nowhere near accurate to what my experience has been

Hello Nicole I do apologize for the inconvenience. Remember we are brokers and the carrier do not work directly for us on you case St George I Inc was the carrier company assigned to transport you vehicle. We have been calling them to get updates and pass you the information. We will not be using this carrier for future shipments. I know thet when something goes wrong with the carrier we are responsible, but as far as answering the phone and helping we always do so.
