Have to admit that I-Moveauto left me speechless, especially after my second order. First time it was just as they promised and it was easy 5 stars service in my book. But the second time it was TRUE 6 stars service. They did everything they could to help me out and they did miracle. They do know how to arrange your pick up and get it out and rolling. They understood my situation where I was loosing money due to storage fees in IAAI,they got me carrier in 3 days and on top of all this they refunded me 33%of broker fees I paid and it was just because they felt my pain and I never asked for nothing but simple" please help me" . Ask your self- isn't this a GREAT service and all this happened now when coronavirus cause such chaos. Carriers dropped my delivery few times, but I-Moveauto team never give up and still arranged me my delivery here in Upstate NY. I'm speechless and overwhelmed with KIND and SUPPORT i received by I-Moveauto team. This team TRULY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER and they proved to me once again that they put CUSTOMER FIRST and their reputation is UNDEFEATED. THANK YOU !!! Lubi,Rochester NY
