Hello
We always explain how the system works and actually dispatched you order the carrier, and gave you the drivers name and number after that it is just a matter of coordinating with the driver.
You had issues with them and we offered to keep looking and get you another carrier.
Drivers are flexible and work with you as long as you work with them.
As for the refund it is in process and takes 10 business days but I make sure accounting send you the transaction ID so you can keep track of it.
