Hello Scott
We always explain the processes and how it works, we even send videos and explain it on the email.
Remember we are brokers and we do not determine the prices once we list it on central carrier start making offers at which point we refer them back for you to approve.
We never charge anything until you get an offer that fits your needs.
They offer you approved was in the range the we originally spoke about, once you approved it we went ahead a booked it for you.
As far a delay sadly this is logistics and they do happen. But we are always here to answer any question.
