Thank you for your comment, I do not see an order number under your name, so we're not sure if it is even a real customer.
Second of all, those calls you get is due to the fact that you did an inquiry online that went to several broker company (7-10).
I only call once to explain the process and to see if you will allow me to look for something, which you did. We called you back since we have a confirmed carrier, however he made us a counter-offer, which we (one of my dispatch agent) tried to explain to you, and you did not want to take the offer and cancelled the request, which we did.
As explained above, once you do an inquiry online it goes to 7 to 10 brokers that's why you got multiple calls and emails from different companies.
