I frankly was worried and overwhelmed by the idea of shipping my car from Virginia to Michigan as it was the first time that I am shipping my car, but the dispatcher and the driver explained to me the whole process and guided me step by step throughout the process. The pickup was on time, the driver was very professional. He always updated me on the status of the car until it was delivered. Great service overall and I highly recommend this company.
