We chose ICS after getting a number of quotes, based on prior reviews that we had read.. We initially contracted with them on Fe. 14 2006 for an initial scheduled pickup of Feb. 21. After a week past the initial pick-up, we contacted them and were told it was still in dispatch. This went on until March 20th, when we were told there was still not a date. At this time, we made arrangements with another carrier. While they were good about returning e-mails and speaking with us on the phone, the bottom line is that they were never able to do the job. We hope to have better success with the new carrier.
