This company out of Westfied, MA is the worst company I've EVER dealt with. They damaged my brand new vehicle, took it 'mudding' while in their possession, and tried to bully us into signing off on its safe arrival, and tried to bully me into accepting a ridiculously low settlement for the repairs. They doctored the damage reports to show damages to both my vehicles prior to shipping and are shunning responsibility for any of it. Mike actually told me over the phone that he doesn't care about his customers and doesn't care about damages to peoples cars. He said he deals with this all the time and if anyone wants money from him for repairs they can take him to court. He wanted to have the vehicle picked up and brought to a body shop for some touch up paint instead of a full repair. When I said that I did not want him doing anything with my vehicle again, he said, "Too Bad".
