Seamless and as promised. I used a broker who put me in touch with this group. I received a call that the car would be picked up the next day and it was. They told me 5-8 days. The Midwest was getting hammered with snow so I was worried. I made contact with Ivan, the driver, on day 6 and by day 8 the car arrived. No issues and it was in same condition as sent. I highly recommend this group, easy to deal with and good for their word!
