It started with a simple google search. I received a ton of emails, calls and texts and something made me call Joanna at Icat. She explained the process very clearly and with cheer - she truly enjoys helping to facilitate a move across country! Extremely timely follow up - very accessible and you can tell she cared. The price with Icat was competitive and the drop off was on time and easy. Icat seems to know the good companies and drivers! Overall I felt taken care of.
