Jennifer in Dispatch is an excellent representative of your organization. She did her best to secure a driver for me for the time I requested. Unfortunately the final cost was almost double as the cost quoted to me on my initial contract. Additionally, the driver that picked up my vehicle delivered it more that 10 hours past the agreed upon time with some damage to the rear shock system.
If it wasn't for Jennifer in dispatch I would probably want to carry my dissatisfaction further . But her pleasant , customer focused attitude precludes me taking any legal recourse.
Nevertheless, I would not recommend your service to anyone else , based on my experience with the carrier you utilized.
