I have used a bunch of other companies in the past but none have the service that Image Auto have. I was the seller of the car so I did not hire them, but I will use them for my cars from now on.
I called the manager Steve to ask him when they would come get the car. He said that Jesse the driver would come tomorrow and gave me his personal phone number to contact him. I called Jesse and he said he was about 3 hours away and could come that same night to pick the car up. He arrived 3 hours later and was the nicest guy. He came in an 80 foot enclosed liftgate with sports cars emblems on the sides, beautiful looking truck. The Z/28 was loaded on the motorized ramp with ease and the front spoiler did not even come close to hitting anything because of the lift. He went on his way and will be the only the driver going coast to coast, so there will not be any worry about loading and unloading and other hands getting on the wheel. He did not seem to have the least bit of interest to drive the car either, which is a big plus for me. I have had other guys from other companies eyes pop out when they have picked up exotic cars from me.
To sum it they are fantastic. literally picked the car up the SAME day as they were booked. I have had other companies come out anywhere from 3-6 days. The enclosed trailer lift price was actually about $100 cheaper than an open non-lift trailer form other companies too!
