HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH / DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. COMPLETE BS / EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE / THEN LIE TO USHIP ABOUT WHY I CANCELLED WITH THEM. UNPROFESSIONAL / UNETHICAL / UNBELIEVABLY POOR EXPERIENCE. WOULD NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS FOR DAYS AT A TIME - USE ANYONE BUT THIS COMPANY.

We had issues with this customer. Customer wanted a guaranteed date, over a holiday. HE accepted a bid from an auction site, for standard service. We do not provide expedited shipment at standard price. It can't be done. When things ended up not working the way he had planned, he left this review. Please disregard this review. We have documentation to prove our claim.
