Tons of excuses and a late pick up. I was never able to get anything resembling an exact time out of these people. The drop off was also not on the date we were told by the driver. As a customer I shouldn't have to bend over backwards to accommodate a vendor, it should be the other way around. I have multiple emails to corroborate my story.
