Interamerican Auto Transport's driver doubled the price quote and wouldn't unload my vehicle from the open upper deck, until I paid him in cash. After the transport truck drove off, I opened the trunk and several valuable personal items had been stolen. I reported the overcharge by the driver and stolen articles to Interamerican several months ago, and they said they would file a claim. Every time I called Interamerican to check the status of my claim, I was told the dispute would be filed next week. For the past 3-4 weeks, when I call to check on the status of the claim, no one will answer the phone or return voicemail messages that I left. Finally, last night someone from Interamerican answered the phone. When I told the man that I was calling about my claim, he hung up the phone.
