Car was NEVER picked up!!!!!!

My Lexus RX350 has never arrived to sunny Los Angeles from the cold, frigid temps of West Virginia. So now my car is sitting in my aunt's driveway in subzero temperatures!!!! Why did this happen you must be wondering? I filled out the application/contract at the beginning of December with a pick-up date of December 13, 2013. That was pretty reasonable I thought. Then I was charged TWICE the $150 deposit fee on 12/5/13 and 12/7/13. I called the number several times to inform them and I never got a live body. "Oh well, we'll get it sorted when I pay the final amount due at pickup" I thought to myself. That never happened! The day before 12/13/13 the pickup date my mother was called and told the truck had broke down and would not be able to pick up our car. My mom kept calling every day to see if they could get a truck to come. On 12/21/13 there was still no news and the guy on the phone got nasty with my elderly mother and HUNG UP ON HER! He stated he would credit my American Express card for the deposit (150 + 150) and he NEVER did. So I had to find another company to schlep to West Virginia to get my car. In the mean time, we have to have a rental car for $200 a week from 12/26/13-to present day and for possibly another two weeks until we receive our car from WV. I had to call American Express three times to get the $300 off my account, which should have been done by this company. Please don't use them, they will make a huge mess for you to clean up and we are out of a lot of money now. You have been warned!
