Kevin and Intercede completely bailed me out of a bad situation with a less then honest company. I originally spoke with Kevin a few weeks ago. He was very thorough about the process and I really liked him and what I read about the company. However, my son was in a big hurry and made arrangements with another company without me knowing. What a huge mistake. I could write multiple pages about what happened but I will spare the readers and keep it simple. They wasted over 2 weeks of my time with the constant lies and promises. The crazy thing about it is that I was warned by many of the companies I spoke with not to fall victim to one of these poorly rated brokers. Right from the beginning the signs were clear but I just wanted it to work out because my son already paid a deposit. After being ignored then lied to for the 20th time I called Kevin back. He knew what my problem was before I even told him. He said that this is unfortunately common for these poorly rated brokers to delay your transport. Carrier companies would rather work with a top rated brokers because they do the right thing for the customers and the carriers, while the poorly rated brokers waste everyone's time. To make an even longer story short- 2 days. 2 days is all it took for Kevin and Co. to find a carrier and have my car picked up. It was delivered last week without incident. In the future when it comes to moving a car I will tell anyone that will listen not to waste their time and just call my man Kevin at intercede transport.
