This company was very professional from the start. I got a new job across the country and they wanted me to start right away, so I only had a few days to coordinate a major transport. I contacted a handful of companies and they all told me they had a carrier ready and waiting. I was told repeatedly that carriers were on their way to my house. Needless to say, it wasn't true and at this point, I was in a huge time crunch. I called Intercede and they were honest with me from the very beginning. He told me that he did not have a carrier and that he would have to have his dispatchers go out and search for the best option for my transport. Richard was literally the only person that told me that but he had confidence that they could make this work for me and they did . He honestly saved the day for me. Within a day, they found me a carrier and my car was on the way. With such a huge move for me, getting my car transported was the last thing I wanted to worry about. They totally helped put my mind at ease and I seriously can't thank them enough.
