Intercity Lines - excellent in all respects!

I was referred to Intercity Lines by my Corvette dealer in New Hampshire and my independent Corvette repair and restoration shop in Maryland - both highly recommended Intercity Lines based on many years of 100% excellent service every time.

Working with Jeff to place my order was a superb experience - everything was handled with care and interest in making sure that all the details were covered. Paperwork was emailed to me right away, and coordination for arrival in Texas of the carrier was timely with frequent updates by email.

Our driver, Roy, contacted my son in Texas days in advance to coordinate pick-up, as planned. Roy took great care in explaining every step of the process and exercised extreme care in loading my son's '68 Corvette. Roy even put a soft cloth over the driver's door as he leaned out the window to ensure perfect alignment with the platform guide rails during the loading process.

Roy contacted me by phone at each pick-up/delivery he made along his way to Maryland so that I knew his progress. His arrival was on-time, and my son's Corvette was unloaded and surrounded by orange cones when I arrived. I learned from Roy that a rain storm came through earlier in the day while he was unloading our Corvette - he had put it back in the carrier until the storm had passed over so that it wouldn't get wet!

Roy was meticulous in walking me through my first meeting of my son's Corvette. It needs a lot of work, and Roy echoed back every detail my son shared with him at pick-up. With great patience Roy demonstrated how the tricky driver's door latch could be made to operate, where and how the battery disconnect/reconnect was to be operated, which key fit where, how to raise the inoperative driver's window, and more.

At pick-up Roy noticed a nail in the right rear tire. This is a slow leak that never resulted in a flat tire between Texas and Maryland because Roy re-inflated it at each stop with a compressor he carries onboard.

Roy is a gentleman and an amazing person, and he is truly a credit to Intercity Lines. Roy made both my son and me feel more than comfortable that our vehicle was being cared for and handled as if it belonged to him. And it was.

I highly recommend Intercity Lines. And when you call, ask Jeff if he can arrange for Roy to handle your transport.

Thank you Roy. You made the experience of doing business with Intercity Lines everything and more that I was told it would be.
