Great experience. I did a lot of research prior to my decision to go with the Intercity.I rarely ship cars, so it was tough to decide. My 73 VW is very valuable to me and I did not want to risk it. I'd highly recommend them if you care about your car as it stays inside the trailer and is not switched from truck to truck. Door to door is also convenient. Driver Mike was flexible with the pickup date/time/location and also was very accomodating with scheduling the drop off. He also kept me informed on the progress and called in a advance so we were able to schedule the drop off. He took great care of my old VW, car was covered and delivered in the same condition it went in. During busy season Intercity managed to pick up my car within 2 weeks, my fault as I did not schedule it more time in advance. I'd recommend calling Intercity and schedule about a month in advance, in case they are booked.
Very satisfied overall, was definitely worth extra $ over quotes from various brokers. No hidden fees or any issues here.
