Great experience with Intercity. Roy and Sharon both kept me apprised throughout the booking process and were extremely helpful. They told me "roughly two weeks" for pickup when I booked immediately before the Monterey car week. Sure enough, they assigned a driver that week and he made the pickup almost exactly two weeks later. Chris Clark, our driver, was awesome. He showed up in Chicago at precisely the time (to the minute) that he told me he would two days before. Couldn't have been a nicer guy, too. The truck was immaculate, as was the car.
