They were profesional on the phone, and picked up the car right away. The price quote was good, and there were no hidden charges, fees, ect. No damage to the vehicle. The driver was friendly, but he did not meet me where I wanted him to. He chose a place over a mile further than he, and I had to go. I didn't understand this, but all else was fine.

According to the our records, the driver asked you to meet him a mile away due to road weight restrictions. This is a common obstacle when attempting to pickup or deliver vehicles in residential areas. Thank You !
