Kristin,
We assigned a driver to pick up your car. After speaking with the 3rd party driver, he informed us that he called you and informed you that he would be there later that evening to pickup your vehicle. He then told us you called him back several hours later informing him that you would not be able to meet him until the next morning. The driver could not wait for you, subsequently we had to dispatch another truck. The second driver tried to reach you to inform you of the pickup and you could not be reached. We then offered to send a 3rd truck but you decided to cancel the services. We do not understand how all of this is our fault as our logistics services have been rendered. Our customer service group made SEVERAL attempts to reach you on the only phone number you provided for us to absolutely no avail.
In all honesty we have made 2 attempts to pickup your car and we were not late for the pick up until today, which again was not our fault as the driver could not reach you. You were VERY difficult from the beginning, using profanity with Ms. Garcia who has done everything she could to assist you. We have processed the order cancellation and will give you a full refund on 12-6-2010.
