Initial contacts with Carlos very pleasant, both telephonic and email. After agreeing to a price for service, passed on to "dispatch" where was told the agreement with Carlos was worthless and the price would be higher, showed the contract and stipulated I would not pay more, was passed on to "Andrew" in "Customer service" who communicated sporadically with me for three weeks all the while delaying the pickup date and saying that to "renegotiate a litle bit" could possibly get the car picked up faster. Could never get anyone to answer the phone in that three weeks. Pickup window on contract was 31 JAN-2 FEB, finally on 25 FEB I left voice mail and email cancelling contract. Will never do business with them and would not recommend. They charged credit card on 1 FEB without providing service, protest filed with credit card company and Florida Attorney General.

Ed, We apologize for the delay, however you do not have a complete grasp on the entire situation. The only reason we billed your credit card was because we had a driver assigned to pick up your vehicle. However due to the recent winter weather in the north the driver assigned had an issue with the truck and this is why your vehicle was not picked up. Since then we have been trying to get the vehicle re-dispatched. We also informed you that the rate that you requested from us was low and needed to be adjusted. You stated that you did not want to pay anymore and that you would go somewhere else if you had too. Customer service has been in contact with you on several occasions informing you of the situation with respects to the shipment. Furthermore let it be known that your amount of $3490.00 is highly inaccurate, the actual amount is $900.00 for the inland transport. The balance of $2590.00 is to be paid DIRECTLY to the steamship line that will transport provide ocean freight to Guam from California. As General Manager I have ordered this shipment canceled and we will refund your $900.00 and you will have to find someone else to ship your vehicle.
