I've been fighting with Fred in customer service for two weeks now & nothing has happened. They people are not trustworthy & should be treated like the criminals they are! The practive bait & switch & design their contract to rip people off! I've contacted the BBB as they have made no attempts to move my car & they started screaming at me because of it telling me that I'm not flexible. Do NOT USE THEM!!!!
