Absolutely awefull experience.
Phil sold me on the fact they own all their equipment and weren't brokers. Funny, my ride was posted on the board the next day...for $300 less than the transport cost.

They did find a trucker after the committment date, but short notice and poor communication resulted in that not working. After that, they sat on their butt and did nothing despite my daily prods.

Phil never once again responded to me, Nelie at customer service was very cordial...but none of her superiors would respond back to me. I finally had to give up.

Called Angels Moving Cars...they had a trucker 3 hours later...car was picked up 5 days later...and arrived on time in great shape. HUGE DIFFERENCE in these two companies!

Now, Interstate wants to keep my Deposit. If need be, I will take them to court, as this kind of scum can't continue to get away with their deceptions.
