My first time transporting a car. I did not know anything about the process or how the industry works. I signed up to some service online and was deluged by text messages, phone calls and emails. Somehow Iron Auto caught my eye. I think they sent a more personalised email to me than the others. I also checked other reviews. Aaron constantly kept me updated, walked me through the process and explained everything very clearly. His quote was not the cheapest but his great communication really made me feel comfortable. I was a little nervous as the timing had to be quite exact, a week or so before my ship date I was assigned a driver and contractor. They also provided great service. The actual shipment was perfect, and the car was delivered in great shape and in great time.
