Joanna and James (Jimmy) were a breath of fresh air when it came to dealing with transporting our new vehicle from the dealer to our home, 800+ miles away. Unlike other brokers who insinuated they had a direct relationship with a specific hauler and yet were just putting the order out on the board, they were upfront with how it would be handled, what it would cost, and did not request a contract until a carrier (5-Star, 99.99% rated) had been located with dispatch information.
