When I contacted Joanna at Ironclad I was very hesitant to try any company, as I was lied to previously by another broker. I felt more comfortable discussing terms of the agreement and the process that I would expect. When I decided to go with Ironclad I did not go into contract with them until I talked with the company that would be picking up my car. Arrangement made to pick up the next day and he was there. He gave me a window of three to four days. I actually talked with driver twice during transport and on Monday day four I had my car. CUDOS to Ironclad.....
