Having never had a vehicle transported, I checked several auto transport companies. Within minutes, I had 5 or 6 companies extending estimates to transport my car from California to Texas.
I began the process with one company, but after two days, they had still not confirmed a pickup date, and seemed unable to finalize the transport plan.
I canceled that transaction and contacted Joanna at Ironclad Auto Transport - what a difference!!! Joanna was knowledgeable and concise, and arranged the transport within an hour of initial contact. She was available 24 x 7 to address any of my inquiries, and was proactive keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle transport.
I guess that's the kind of service you get when you deal with the owner of the company!
