Ironclad was the 3rd place I called, I spoke with Joanne. I needed the car picked up asap, they were there in a few hours. Not expecting them so quickly, we weren’t ready. The Atlanta end driver was patient and polite, giving my Aunt time to get her things from the car.
On the Florida end, again, the issue that arose was 100% our fault and this driver was also very patient and polite.
I realize that Ironclad doesn't actually own any trucks themselves and simply brokers the auto shipments, but they seem to do a pretty good job of picking decent ones to transport cars.
Additionally, although with this particular move, a low price was not my main objective, I just needed it done, but the cost was quite reasonable as well.
