My vehicle was listed and was supposed to be picked up but the driver kept giving excuses. So my rep Gabriella got right on it, she relisted my vehicle and contacted me everyday to let me know her progression. Once she found someone she contacted me and made it happen.It took a little bit of time, but I couldn't have asked for a better person to get me through this process. She was honest from the start and that was the most important part to me. She made me feel comfortable and she actually cared about what she said that she could do for me. If or when I need to move my car again, I will DEFINITELY be calling Ironclad Auto Transport. They make it look easy, and I know that it isn't always the case! Thank you so much for everything that you did Gabriella, you were AMAZING!
