I bought a car from copart and filled out a quote online and got bombarded by calls. I turned off my ringer after the second call and I checked my voicemail the next day and Joanna's message stood out because she asked me if this car was at a copart auction, which it was. I gave her a call and she went above and beyond my expecations. She had a driver the next day and he delivered a day early. I could not be more pleased. I'm not sure if I will ever ship a car a car again, but after looking at these reviews online and my experience, the next time i will just call her directly. Thank you Joanna.
