I used Joanna when transporting my SUV across the country from Connecticut to California. Joanna was my point of contact during the process and was extremely personable & made sure all of my needs were met. My SUV was picked up on a Saturday evening and arrived to California the following Tuesday. The estimated delivery time was exactly what was described. Joanna was available via phone call or text whenever/if ever I needed to contact her. If I am in a situation where I need to transport my car again, I will definitely be using her services again. Highly recommend.
